Seeking SVP, Customer Success – potential COO

You are passionate about delighting customers, and are highly skilled at finding, training, managing and motivating staff to provide exceptional service with integrity. You want to dedicate yourself to a highly profitable project that also offers a vast improvement in an individual’s use of technology. The next Uber for dogfood or optimizing ad responses doesn’t excite you.

We’ve invested the last 15 years creating, commercializing, and perfecting our highly-intelligent, hyper-personalized conversational AI technology – think of it as a chatbot with a brain.

We recently launched our second-generation platform commercially and have signed up several household-name clients. Now we are looking to complete our core management team with a highly motivated and highly skilled Customer Success SVP.

In this new position you will be responsible for building and managing an ever-growing team of project implementors and customer support staff. You will report directly to the CEO, and work closely with him as well as our CTO, and our Head of AI Cognition.

You don’t need to have AI experience, but do need to be highly competent in dealing with complex enterprise software implementations.

We are located in Torrance, CA and you are required to be local. We work mostly from the office.
